Our office went to "casual casual" (aka you can wear jeans to the office) dress on May 28. I set a ridiculous goal of being able to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans by that point, mostly so I didn't have to go buy more jeans (I only had one pair I was wearing, and that wasn't going to cut it 7 days a week). On that day I zipped up a pair of pre-pregnancy jeans and they fit!
Six months later and I was 1.8 (yep, getting down to tenths of pounds here people) pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. Now that weight was a good 5 pounds more than I would like to be at, but that is some serious progress people! Especially considering I was still wearing pants 1-2 sizes bigger at this point after James.

I started running again when we went to Arizona in February, which I found is the best and easiest way for me to lose the pounds. Although I am not very consistent (running anywhere from 1-3 times a week), running has made a huge difference in my ability to fit into all my pants again! I can consistently run 3 miles at this point, and have done a 4 mile run. I'm hoping by the end of the summer I might be able to do 5!
