Flea Market Find

When my parents came for a visit in May, my mom and I went to the Kane County Flea Market. I was on the hunt for some bedroom side tables, but ended up walking away with this:

James now has the coolest toy box on the block! How could I pass up an "Eat Quaker Oats" box when my husband is the King (Emperor? I can't remember how high up he is now) of Oatmeal.

Come to find out that "The American Cereal Co" was only used until around 1908 (according to the Emperor of Oatmeal), so this box is over 100 years old! Knowing how old it is (and how good of condition it really is in) made me feel a little better about how much I paid for it : ) (And no I'm not telling!) But I sure didn't spend anywhere near what this one costs!
